Subscriptions, upgrades, cancellation, and invoices.

Billing basics

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Annual billing comes with a discount.
• We don’t store your card details — payment data lives with Stripe.
• Invoices are available from the billing portal under Settings → Billing & Usage → Manage subscription.

Upgrading & downgrading

You can change plans at any time:

• Upgrades take effect immediately — you get the higher credit allowance and features right away.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; after that, the workspace drops to the free tier. Your content is not deleted when you cancel.

Trials

Where a free trial is offered, it’s stated clearly at sign-up — trials never convert silently into paid plans without that notice.
